Montysjerky.com attempts to ship orders on the same day that they are received. All orders placed before 2pm CST M-F will ship the same day, Orders placed after 2 pm will ship next business day.

Monty’s values your privacy and will not share any information with a 3rd party.

When you enter your personal information on our websites, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect your information as it is transmitted to us. To make sure you are accessing our secure server before you submit personal financial information, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending upon your browser), then SSL is active and protecting your information.

If you prefer we are happy to take your order over the phone by calling 785.734.2212 during regular business hours or leave a message and a sales representative will return your call.

Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us by phone or email with questions or concerns. We want you to enjoy your purchase and will work to resolve any issues.

Ordering

When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

  • Your e-mail address and password, for security purposes.
  • The address you want to ship to
  • Your preferred shipping method
  • Any special instructions
  • Your credit card type, number, expiration date, and card billing address
  • Any promotional codes you have received

On occasion Monty’s will offer a promotion and the promotional code may be used at the time of checkout.

Updating Account Information

You can manage your personal information, including your email address, password, billing information or email preferences at any time. To access your account, click on "Your Account" at the top of any page on our site. From here, you can select an area you wish to update. You will then be asked to sign in with your email address and password and will be taken to the page where you can view or edit your information. As an added security feature, you will be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity on our website. If this occurs, simply re-enter your email address and password to access your information.

Please note: For your security, if you change your password or email address, we will delete your saved credit card information.
