The vacuum sealed interior bag will keep the beef strips fresh for an extended time and we recommend the jerky be eaten within 4 to 6 months of purchase. As always no preservatives are added.

How long will my jerky stay fresh after I open it?

After opening, store in a cool dry place and plan to eat sooner rather than later for best quality of flavor and texture. We are always making more so eat up.

What do you mean “natural beef”?

Our beef is raised for quality and tenderness. No artificial growth hormones or steroids are used in the process. Good management and humane treatment of the animals reduce stress and prevent disease making it possible to eliminate sub-therapeutic antibiotics in the feeding program which guarantees a healthy animal.
